Experiences people come back to.
I design and build websites that turn first impressions into repeat customers. Fast pages, clear paths to contact you, and a site your team can edit without breaking.
A customer’s path, designed
- Arrives — the page loads before they think about leaving
- Understands — what you do and why it’s for them, in seconds
- Reaches out — a way to contact you is always one scroll away
- Comes back — because the whole thing felt easy
What I do
Every step a customer takes, considered.
01
UX strategy & audits
I walk your site the way a customer does, find where people hesitate or leave, check it works for people using screen readers and keyboards, and map a clearer path to a call, a booking or a sale.
02
Custom WordPress builds
Lightweight block themes built on native WordPress blocks. No page-builder bloat, fast pages, a contact call to action everywhere, and bilingual English/Spanish when your audience needs it.
03
Local visibility
Your Google Business Profile, local listings and on-page basics set up properly, so the people searching nearby actually find you and land on the right page.
04
Care plans
Hosting, updates, backups, security and small edits handled every month, so the site keeps working and keeps improving after launch.
How a project runs
Plain steps. No mystery.
Listen
A short conversation about your goals, your customers and what isn’t working today. You get a written summary either way.
Map
Customer journeys, page structure and clickable wireframes — so you can react to something real before a line of code.
Build
A custom, lightweight theme filled with your real content and tested on real phones, not just a big monitor.
Refine
We watch how people use it, adjust what slows them down, and add features as your business grows.
Built light. Built to convert. Built to last.
Speed is UX
No page builders, no plugin pile-ups. Every second you don’t make someone wait is a second they spend on your offer instead.
Contact on every page
A way to reach you is never more than a scroll away — through a form, so your inbox and phone stay off spam lists.
You own it
Native WordPress blocks mean your content isn’t locked into a builder or a license. Edit it yourself, any time.
Selected work

VMG Accounting & Advisory
Moved off a page builder onto a custom lightweight theme, with every page switchable between English and professional Spanish and a contact call to action throughout.
Veridian Accountants & Advisors
A ground-up rebuild of the firm’s site on a custom block theme using native WordPress blocks — fast, editable, and free of builder bloat.
Add-on offer
Answer customers after hours.
I can add an AI assistant to your new or existing site. It answers common questions from your own pages, collects contact details when you’re closed, and hands real conversations to you.
- Trained only on your site and the answers you approve
- Captures leads that arrive outside business hours
- Sends you a summary of every conversation
- Works on WordPress sites I build or ones you already have
Questions
Good to know.
What happens after launch?
You can run the site yourself, or put it on a monthly care plan that covers hosting, updates, backups and small edits. Either way, nothing is locked to me.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. Pages are built from native WordPress blocks, so text, images and layouts can be changed in the standard editor — no special builder to learn.
I already have a website. Do we start over?
Not necessarily. Most projects start with an audit: we keep what’s earning its place and rebuild what’s slowing customers down.
Why a form instead of an email address?
It keeps your inbox — and mine — off spam lists, and it lets me reply with the right context. Every message reaches me directly.
